Nayong Nuogu pig is an excellent local breed formed in history and is mainly produced in Nayong County, Guizhou province. In 2004, experts from Guizhou University determined the carcass quality, "the slaughter rate was 70%, the lean meat rate was 35.8-40.6%, and the eye muscle area was 22.4cm. The meat color score was 3.5 points, the marbling score was 3 points, the muscle fat content was 3.38%, the PH value was 6.3, the water loss rate was 15.4%, the cooked meat rate was 63.7%, the meat tenderness shear rate was 2.925kg, and the collagen content was high. Glutinous rice pork delicate, delicious taste, fat son is not greasy, meat flavor is particularly good.
